I am a registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (Level 3). I have worked extensively with young people aged 12-18 years in an educational setting as a school counsellor. I currently work at a Non-For-Profit organisation counselling children and young people who have experience Domestic Family Violence. My therapeutic style lies in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and ACT. I also use Expressive Therapies and Play Therapy techniques. Over the years, I have worked with young people and adults who have had colourful experiences including; childhood trauma, alcohol and drug use, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, school and university stress, familial issues and domestic family violence.
